I have been training with Bethel for the past year in both Pilates and Yoga. I am also an instructor, trained in dance and aerobics, and always look to expand my own training and add new disciplines to my workout. I feel Bethel is an ideal trainer, as her strength and ability come through quite well. She has a great way of organizing the workout and choreographing it, making it flow smoothly. Bethel's combination of skills and attributes make her a trainer well-suited for those interested in one-on-one or group sessions, and for the casual exerciser as well as for the highly-motivated, experienced athlete. Bethel has a high degree of technical knowledge in a number of areas including yoga, cardiovascular training, body sculpting, spinning, floor and equipment Pilates, aerobics, and "boot camp" program development. Moreover, she has an innate ability to motivate and encourage people who are new to working out, who are trying a particular type of program for the first time, or who are an experienced exerciser looking for variety in their training. Whether she is playing "drill sergeant" in a spinning class, taking an individual through a one-on-one weight training session or guiding a group of "newbies" in a reformer Pilates class, Bethel is able to communicate the necessary technical issues while encouraging each participant to progress in their own skill range. No one feels left out of a class Bethel teaches. During individual sessions, you can't help but be encouraged, feel good about what you are doing and look forward to the next session.

Bethel is such a high energy positive thinking person that you definitely will be inspired to push on and challenge your body. She is knowledgeable in nutrition, Pilates, aerobics, and weight lifting. She will personalize your exercise sessions to you and your needs and goals. I have been training with her for 2 years and I definitely feel more energized and stronger. I think I look better also. I recommend Bethel for all of your personal training needs. For the first time in my life, I look forward to exercising! Training with Bethel is the first exercise experience that I have had that is as physically rewarding as it is pleasurable! Bethel's careful approach to exercise has really paid off for me. She tailors each of my workouts to suit my individual needs and desires. Because she is always changing and tweaking my routine, the workout is always fresh and never boring. Over the four months that I have been meeting with her, she has continually changed the level of difficulty so that each workout is as challenging as when I first started! I now feel more energy than I have ever had after a workout, have increased my flexibility and coordination, have dropped a few pounds and have increased my strength. The only drawback to exercising with Bethel is that my other exercise routines just don't measure up!
