 Meditation is the art of focusing our attention.  In meditation we practice clearing the mind by focusing on one thing.  This practice allows us to either profoundly explore the mysteries of our inner universe or to simply enjoy the physical sensation of just relaxing.

 There is much documentation and evidence supporting the many natural benefits of meditating.  The most important point to remember is that it is not the theory that holds the benefits; it’s the practice itself that can help you to enjoy and experience new levels of awareness, the deepest relaxation, and daily use of your vast hidden storehouse of inner potential.

Please bring a pillow, blanket, folding chair, water or

anything that will assist you with comfort.  This one-hour class starts Sunday, March 9th and will meet twice a month for five weeks.  Fee $15 a session or $65 when paid in full.
