Welcome to Energy Personal Training!
Bethel
Hentz
Bethel is
well known in the local fitness community as a caring guide who helps
others attain their personal best physically, mentally, and
spiritually. A fitness professional for the last 17 years, Bethel
became a certified yoga practitioner in
1995.
After being introduced to Power Yoga early in her career, her use of
traditional fitness techniques evolved into a more holistic,
multi-dimensional approach toward wellness. She is also certified
in Pilates (mat and reformer), Spinning, Aerobics, and CPR. The addition
of Pilates (Mat and Equipment), with its dynamic focus on strength and
well-being have increased her ability to bring expert variety to her
training methods.
Bethel’s classes are challenging, but her philosophy is simple. With
focus, determination, and goals “anyone can achieve what they desire.” Bethel
is a willing and capable coach/partner to all of her clients and class
participants.

Linda
Jennings
Linda holds
her Personal Trainer Certification with the American Council on Exercise
(ACE) and Reformer I training with Stamina Pilates. Her hobbies include running (participant in Broad Street Run and
Philly Distance Half Marathon), hiking, traveling with her husband, and
reading. Her exercise philosophy is “find something you enjoy doing that
gets you moving, and do it as often as you can find the time. Find time
in your schedule, no matter how small, as part of your daily
routine - feeling your best and the energy you gain is worth every
minute spent! Exercise is also a great way to be social, so it's
great to find someone who enjoys what you do, to help you find that
extra motivation.”

Sharon
Jameson
Sharon has
been certified in Pilates, Yoga, and Spinning and has over 6 years
experience in the Fitness Industry. Her love of teaching and genuine
passion for health and exercise inspire others to deepen their
commitment to exercise, regardless of fitness level. Calm and patient,
Sharon is able to either help a client relax and stretch with a Yoga
asana or energize a client in a cardiovascular workout.
When she is
not teaching, she is a busy mother of 2 wonderful daughters and has a
full-time nursing career. She enjoys outdoor cycling, taking dance
classes, and scrapbooking. Being busy does not stop Sharon from
continuing her dedication to both her own and others fitness. Her goal
is to “help my clients reach their fitness goals by inspiring and
encouraging them to train each time to the best of their ability and
have fun while doing it.”

Kim Small
Kim believes in
living life to the fullest everyday with positive energy. To help
achieve this, her philosophy includes making a commitment to personal
fitness. She believes that exercise is one of the main keys to feeling
better about yourself so that you can be a better person for those
around you. Always busy with a young family, Kim enjoys running,
cycling, hiking and spending time with her husband and two-year old
son. Kim has worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and
aerobics instructor for over 7 years. She has held certifications from
the Aerobics and Association of America (AFAA), American Aerobic
Association International (AAAI) and Johnny G. Spinning. These
certifications have been in the areas of Group Aerobics, Personal
Training, Pilates and Cycling. Kim is also a certified American Red
Cross CPR/AED instructor.

Patty Kieser, MSN, CRNP, CPT
Patty is a certified registered nurse
practitioner who rediscovered the joy and the benefits of regular
exercise four years ago. She is passionate when she speaks about the
physical, mental and emotional benefits that result from being
active. Asked to list her absolute favorite kinds of physical
fitness, Patty says running, yoga, spinning and pilates are "the most
fun". In her quest to explore all kinds of indoor and outdoor
exercise over the past few years, Patty has participated in 5K races,
triathalons, kayaking, sailing and this year for the first time was a
paddler in the Philadelphia DragonBoat Festival. She also is a member
of the Ambler Area Running Club.
While Patty loves being a nurse practitioner,
her appreciation for the joy of exercise prompted her to attain the
Aerobic and Fitness Association of America's Personal Trainer
Certification. She has created an adjunct career as a personal
trainer and her goal is to inspire others to incorporate regular
exercise into their lives. Patty's special interests are working with
new or returning-after-a-long-hiatus-exercisers and promoting a
healthy body image and self esteem in school age children and
adolescents through the power of exercise. Patty's philosophy about
exercise is simple: exercise is fun and it makes you feel terrific!
