| Total Toning-A great total body workout
with 20 minutes of Cardio, 20 min. of Weights, and 20 min of
Pilates. |

| Cardio Sculpt-Under the guidance of a
personal trainer, both cardiovascular and resistance
conditioning will be addressed. May be interval format at
times. |

| Pilates PLUS-Get the best of Pilates,
Ballet,core work, and even some weights! This class will
give you a total body workout with a good emphasis on the
mid-section and legs. Stretch and Strengthen! |

| Power Yoga-An invigorating style of yoga
that combines breathing with dynamic movement. Class will
offer modifications for levels. Relax, restore, re-vitalize! |
